Lake Eppalock boat ramps and foreshore
Eppalock centres on Lake Eppalock, which Goulburn-Murray Water describes as the largest water storage in central Victoria. The dam was built between 1960 and 1964 and the lake supplies water to Bendigo, Heathcote and Ballarat. Lake activities include waterskiing, boating, sailing, canoeing, swimming and fishing, with boat ramps at spots such as Kimbolton Pool and Kirrang Point. Four commercial caravan parks sit around the lake.
