Is the rental appraisal free?
Yes. A PH Property rental appraisal is completely free and there is no cost or fee at any stage of arranging one.
Do I have to use PH Property to manage my property?
No. A rental appraisal does not commit you to anything. Plenty of owners request one simply to understand what their property could achieve or to get a second opinion on the rent they are currently receiving.
Can you manage my property if it is currently managed by another agency?
Yes. Many of the owners who come to us are already with another agency. Your existing management agreement sets out the notice required and we will explain that process to you before you commit to anything. If you decide to move across, we liaise with your current agent to transfer keys, documents and tenancy records. Your existing tenants stay in place.
How quickly can you arrange a rental appraisal?

What does it cost to have PH Property manage my property?
Management fees depend on the property and the service required. Catherine will explain exactly what is included and what it costs when she meets you, in writing, before you commit to anything. There is no cost for the appraisal itself.
How do you choose a tenant?
Every applicant has reference, employment and rental history checks. We recommend the best fit and you approve them before anything is signed.
How often will my property be inspected?
Routine inspections every six months, with a written report to you each time.
