Appraisal draw terms
The short version: book an appraisal this month, by phone or through one of our appraisal forms. You are in the draw once the appraisal has been completed. The prize is $100 to spend at a Bendigo business you pick.
Who is running it

Who can enter
You need to be 18 or over and live in the City of Greater Bendigo. The prize is a voucher for a Bendigo business, so it is only any use to someone who lives here. PH Property staff and their immediate families cannot enter.
Living outside Bendigo does not stop you asking for an appraisal. We would still like your business and the appraisal you get is exactly the same. It just cannot go into the draw.
How you enter
Ask us for a property appraisal from the first to the last day of each calendar month, Melbourne time. That can be either of these and both count the same:
- Phone our office on 03 5454 1999 and ask for an appraisal.
- Submit an appraisal request through this website.
Your enquiry has to be a genuine one about a property you own or are entitled to act for. It is one entry per person per month, however many enquiries you make, so making several enquiries does not improve your chances.
You are in the draw once the appraisal has been completed. For most properties that means we come out and inspect it. Booking an appraisal and then not going ahead with it is not an entry. Neither is cancelling before we have done it.
It still does not commit you to selling, leasing or listing anything with us, it costs you nothing and it does not change the appraisal you get.
The prize
Each month one entry wins $100 to spend at a Bendigo business of the winner’s choice. You tell us where and we arrange the voucher.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the business you pick cannot issue a voucher, we will ask you to choose another. There is one prize per monthly draw.
The draw
Each month’s draw is made within the first five business days of the following month, at random from all valid entries for that month, by a PH Property staff member, at our office at A5/8-16 Rohs Road, East Bendigo VIC 3550.
If you win
We will let you know by phone or email, using the contact details given with the entry, within five business days of the draw. You have 30 days from then to claim the prize. If we cannot reach you or the prize is not claimed in that time, we may redraw.
Your details
We use the details you give us to answer your enquiry and to run the draw. We do not sell them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.
If you win, we may ask to use your first name and suburb when we announce the winner. We will ask you first and you can say no without affecting your prize.
Changes
We may change these terms or end the promotion at any time. If we do, any entry already made in that month still goes into that month’s draw. The current version of these terms is the one on this page.
