Josie Caruso

A real estate agent you can feel at home with.

That trust and ease – whether you’re a buyer or seller – means you’ll have authentic interactions with Josie. Conversations that get to the heart of who you are, where you’re at, and what you need.

“I am someone who’s at home being myself. There’s no pretending or performing. I don’t fit the classic real estate agent model. But I love what I do.”
Josie’s real estate career took a back seat when she and her husband started their family here in Bendigo.

She later returned to the workforce in sales, government and customer service roles, studied counselling and leveraged her strengths as a lateral thinking generalist and people person.

“I delved deep to discover what makes me and others tick, and how to live my values and work with integrity. Real estate kept calling me home.”

“All of that experience and my way of moving through life transitions attunes me to what real estate is truly about. People. Stories. Life’s big moments.”

Josie opened the door to real estate career chapter two and discovered how many people and properties want to share their stories with her.

“I am curious and I’m listening. This work is relational, not transactional.”

By taking the time to understand the back story, Josie connects the right people to the right place at the right time. That generates successful property outcomes for everyone, time and time again.

“PH Property feels like the right home for me to do this work with you, a good fit where personal and business values align.”

So whether it’s a penthouse, quaint cottage, commercial building or luxury home on your radar, you should talk with Josie.
