A WORD FROM OUR SALES MANAGER

The month of October has seen our office and the wider industry having to adapt once again to the forever changing COVID-19 landscape. With restrictions easing for Regional Victoria earlier in the month, followed by metropolitan areas towards the end of the month, demand for property has again remained steady making for yet another hectic period in Real Estate for the city. Adapting to new restrictions around a buyer/renters vaccination status is proving challenging at inspections, however with Melbourne now being able to travel to Regional Victoria to inspect property, it provides less of a need for virtual inspections and the like.  Overall, the market is showing no signs of slowing with a number of exceptional sales results being achieved and quality tenants being sourced for our vendors and residential rental providers respectively. There are still plenty of buyers and investors yet to secure property as supply versus demand continues to push prices up with a good chance it will continue right through Christmas this year now that Melbourne can travel here – Tim Rooke
