A WORD FROM OUR RENTAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER

From all our PH Property Team, we hope you and your families had a safe and happy Easter.
 
The positive momentum from the past month has flowed well, with a super strong month of sales again exceeding our expectations. Land sales have proved to be particularly popular, to the point where we are desperate for new land listings to complement the number of buyers waiting. The need for more stock is a common theme in the residential housing space, with investors again stripping the market bare under the $500,000 mark. A large pool of potentials waiting in this bracket is seeing some frenzied competition and increased urgency amongst these buyers, and more often than not is contributing to sale prices exceeding expectations (and leaving a lot of our vendors extremely happy)! Sales in the $500,000 + bracket have also been strong this month, with vendors who are prepared to be a little more patient generally achieving their wish figures within a reasonable time on market.
 
All things considered, our local market continues to buck many tends and remain strong through some very uncertain times which is fantastic for our local economy.

QR CODES

New COVID-19 advice will be effective from the 23rd April 2021. The mandatory rule states the use of electronic record keeping through the Services Vic app or a government API-linked digital system must be used with every person that attends your business/venue for longer than 15 minutes . These records will help with any future contact tracing that may be necessary in slowing the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19). Including record keeping using the Government. These rules impact both rentals and sales. As from now on these QR codes must be scanned on every open and private appointment
