A WORD FROM OUR DIRECTOR

February has been yet another hectic month for both our sales and property management teams, in fact it was our biggest month to date. This is an honest reflection of a very buoyant property market which has seen prices increase in some cases as much as 15% over the past few months. We are all feeling confident things will remain at this level at least for some time to come with the RBA making another small rate reduction and a mid-term view of keeping interest rates low. We are finding in the Bendigo market that there is still very strong demand for properties – given price is correct.  In many cases we are negotiating with multiple offers on the table for any one property. – Brad Hinton
