Bendigo’s leafy Rosalind Park is the setting for this celebration of one of Victoria’s most important goldrush towns. At a single long table stretching along the park’s picturesque boulevard of trees, guests will enjoy a six-course menu from the chefs at Wine Bank on View with a focus on regionally sourced food. This will be accompanied by wines from local wineries that have been selected by a panel of Bendigo sommeliers and wine merchants, some whom will be on hand to discuss the wine strengths of the region.

The Ultimate Wagyu Experience

Wagyu is the celebrity of the beef world and this intimate dinner at The Woodhouse will showcase why. Chef Paul Pitcher has assembled a roll call of the best Australian wagyu from Sher Wagyu, Robbins Island and Everything Wagyu that will highlight a range of cuts and aging methods over five courses. The beef’s star power will be matched with exceptional wines from Jasper Hill, Pondalowie and Sutton Grange wineries.
