John has been selling real estate in Bendigo for 24 years and became a licensed estate agent in 1999. John has a wealth of hands on knowledge in the Bendigo real estate scene, his enthusiastic and friendly approach has given him an established loyal following, something which he does not take for granted. John is actively involved in several Bendigo organisations and a past President of the REIV Bendigo Branch. John is married to marg, has 4 grown up children and two beautiful grand children.
Brad Hinton CEA (REIV)
Licensed Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Officer in Effective Control
Engrossed in real estate around Bendigo since he was 18 years old, Brad now has 15 years of real estate experience, and is in his fifth year as Principal at PH Property. Brad has extensive experience in both residential and rural sales throughout Bendigo, and has a very strong interest in small to medium property development and investment strategies. Brad is an active member of the REIV Bendigo Branch serving as chairperson in 2008-2009, and is actively involved with the Bendigo Weekly.
Family, community fundraising, sport and music are some of Brad's outside interests.

Nick has been an integral part of our property sales team for the past 3 years, after completing a traineeship in his first year he is now well qualified and experienced in all aspects of real estate. After growing up in Bridgewater and spending a lot of time on the local farms, Nick has a passion for residential and rural-residential property sales. Nick is already developing a great reputation for his service and professionalism within the industry. Nick still visits Bridgewater regularly whether he's playing football in the winter, water skiing in the summer or spending time with family and friends.

Dan is the “whatever you need him to be” member of the PH Property family. He loves a laugh and thinks staff profiles on all other websites except this one are generic, boring and about as exciting as watching grass grow. Having said this, the grass will not grow long around the for sale sign erected at the front of your property should you employ his services to facilitate its sale. His ability to not only look outside of the square but sometimes turn his back on it in terms of marketing are providing both vendors and purchasers alike with pleasing results. Behind every sale there is a story and Dan loves the creative challenge of tying it altogether. No is not part of his vocabulary. For a fresh professional approach, Dan could be the guy you are looking for.

Amanda leads a very social and busy lifestyle based around her role at PH Property, family and friends, renovating her own home and enjoying the outdoors. Amanda has developed into an excellent property manager through her involvement in property management at PH Property over the past two years. After working in local real estate scene for the past two years, and taking on the challenging and exciting role as Property Manager, Tamieka has developed a strong passion for property and is excited to be a part of the close knit and experienced team here at PH Property. Tamieka is a committee member of the REIV Bendigo Division Property Management Chapter.
She also prides herself in providing a caring and personalised service to both landlords and tenants; coupled with her knowledge and enthusiastic work ethic, you can be assured of excellent service at all times. Chelsey has been involved in customer service and office
administration for over seven years now and is very excited to be
working at PH Property considering real estate has been a strong passion
of Chelsey's for years. Chelsey is looking forward to providing all PH
Property clients with excellent service and enthusiasm with her role in
the sales team and administration. Chelsey's other interests are her
family, fashion and socialising.
Jessica Pawsey
Property Management and Administration
Jessica started working at PH Property from our very first day of business. Working with Brad and John in the early days (5 years ago) was certainly a challenge but very enjoyable.
A year after opening our doors Deanne and Jessica started the PH Property rental department which has grown into a busy and integral part of PH Property. After nearly 3 years with the PH team Jessica left PH Property to travel and work in the UK. 2 ½ years later Jess has now returned back to PH Property to work in the administration department. Jessica is looking forward to re acquainting with our landlords, tenants, vendors and purchasers but most of all looking forward to meeting new ones!
