The Market Appraisal
When we come to appraise your property we don’t just turn up on the day. We prepare and collate details about your property and provide the appropriate sales history for similar properties sold in your area over the previous 12 months. We also browse current listings currently for sale, and most importantly we use our experience and professional judgement to give you the most accurate market price we can.
Selling Your Home… The Start
As soon as we have listed your home for sale it takes only one to two days to have your property fully listed up and running in the marketplace. Advertisements, photography, internet advertising, coloured brochures, window display and preparation for the signboard and Bendigo Weekly advertisement will all be finished or prepared within this two day period.
Property Promotion
Once listed, we will send out a minimum 100 “just listed” flyers in your immediate area, and contact all of our potential buyers in our various databases. We sell approximately 20% of our properties through our own contacts saving you additional marketing costs.
Full Steam
At this stage we will be promoting your property the best and most appropriate way possible. Open for inspections on Saturdays or weekdays, private inspections throughout the week, and strong representation in all types of media will have your property splashed around in no time.
Communication
We provide feedback after every open for inspection and private inspection that take place so you are not left out of the loop during the marketing program. You will be contacted minimum once a week regardless of circumstances, more than likely two or three times until your home has been sold and settled.
